1 copo e meio de macarrões cozidos durante 8' al dente<br />

Numa frigideira, refoga a cebola e os alhos em azeite, em lume baixo até a cebola ficar dourada e translúcida.<br />
<br />
Acrescenta os cogumelos frescos às rodelas. Salteia com o lume um pouco mais alto (cuidado para não queimar). Mistura bastante bem.<br />
<br />
Coloca o frango, e quando estiver frito adiciona o macarrão, previamente escorrido e passado por água fria. Acrescenta os tomates cherry, um pouco de sal, e um fio de natas só para ficar um pouco cremoso.<br />
<br />
Volta a saltear envolvendo tudo muito bem. Deita um pouco de molho Perrin, mexe durante mais 1'.
